Ian built a 73 square metre deck and stairway on the front of my house in Bernard Street in Taupo in December 2006, you can see it from the lakefront and probably from space! Also, Ian replaced the kitchen benchtops in the same house soon after.
I have been thoroughly impressed with Ian's and his employee's work ethic, coordination with other contractors, ongoing dialogue with myself and my partner as to work in progress and above all craftsmanship.
I can recommend Ian to anyone considering a building or joinery project.

Throughout the planning, design and construction Ian supervised the whole development liaising with the architect, the council planning committee and the suppliers . He has advised on choice of plaster,roofing,outside colour scheme, doors and windows, underfloor heating system and the lift system.

It was a major undertaking involving recladding, reinsulating, new doors and windows and reconfiguration and updating of the interior. Not only was the workmanship excellent but the team were always polite, hard working and a pleasure to work with. A big positive was Ian's communication skills before, during and after the project was completed. His communication with us and his team prevented misunderstanding and we felt we were all on the same wave length.
