Sara is mature, caring and very meticulous with her work and has impressive knowledge base which are the qualities we love our girls to have. She loves massage and facials and enjoys working with the high quality products we use here, Juvenate Pure Fiji and dermalogica.
Her Hot stone massage is the best and has already built up an impressive case load of clients who love her gentle kind approach

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience at Changes Medispa when I booked in for NDBrows for men and a 60 minute Dermatologica Facial. Once I arrived at the Spa I noticed that it was very clear and smelled beautiful.
I was greeted immediately by friendly staff at the reception desk. Once I had filled the form out Sammie showed me around the different areas of the Spa, which were absolutely beautiful. The lounge is so peaceful and relaxing.
I received NDBrows by Sammie and she made me feel comfortable and informed. She ensured that I was aware what she was doing at each step of the process. The final result giving me killer eyebrows.
I then had a facial with Anna-Lisa. It was such a relaxing experience where I could have easily fallen asleep. I was literally on cloud-nine. The entire treatment was absolutely heavenly.
I would highly recommend Changes Medispa! Thank you ladies for the amaaaaaazing experience.

Highly recommend staying the night too, the accommodation is outstanding. The Customer Service made everything even more special. Thank you Changes, we will definitely be back and often!

They were inviting and made the experience memorable. The facility is clean with lovely decor with the relaxed ambience lighting. Highly recommend the massage package to relieve those stresses of life! Loved it going back again in April to be pampered. Thank you again ladies

We had a couple of nights at their Mr & Mrs Suite. My husband was treated like a king by the magical Stacey and I was perfectly relaxed under the ministrations of the beautiful Sammy. Thank you everyone we had a lovely time celebrating our wedding anniversary ❤️

And the experience doesn't finish when your treatment does as afterwards we got to relax and continue our unwinding in the lounge area. Pure Bliss. Katie and her team are awesome. Then we stayed over in the accommodation that they offer as well, to which we were well and truly looked after.

Ladies you deserve this wonderful pampering.. My owner/ therapist was just the best and I recommend her highly.
Looking forward to return visit.
