Coming from a re-seller. Your sales rep Muhamad is the man! You need to pay him more as he would be a great loss your to company if he was to leave.
From my experience, Chant products are high-quality and will function properly for a long period of time (in a suitable environment) when installed correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had other issues with Chant's products pertaining to a separate issue, hence a second review.
The "Line 2" and "Line 4" lever handles have required frequent replacement of the internal components, namely the internal spring. On record, a total of 9 springs have been replaced across the utilised lever door handles. This can be seen from the photos attached. One door in particular (first photo) requires a new spring approximately every year. Given the callout fee of a lock specialist, we have often waited for the other handles to expectedly break before fixing them altogether. Furthermore, an additional 3 site visits have been required to fix jammed internal components.
Please make sure you adjust your expectations of Chant's products to allow for the expectant repairs later on, or avoid their aforementioned product lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a truly terrible experience with Chant. They expect their door handles to last 5 years so make sure you are comfortable with this. Although, their electroplating carries a 2-year warranty so be prepared for earlier signs of deterioration than expected. We purchased 15 "Line Offset" pull handles which have all shown to be of subpar quality. As such, I have attached photos below.
To give some background, our property is situated far from the coast and the handles were wiped fortnightly, however, irreparable corrosion appeared after 4 years. The average consumer would expect their door handle to last at least 10 years this which brought about our understandable disappointment. Additionally, given their elevated prices in comparison to the industry, one would expect Chant's perceivably superior quality product to last substantially longer than this.
We contacted Chant late last year, but they considered the matter closed after they quoted their 2-year warranty. We expected some goodwill through a discount on new electroplating, but this was not given. Moreover, they would not provide a manufacturer's warranty on the new electroplating, even though this would apply regardless under consumer law, namely the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. The act could also apply to this dispute as the average consumer would expect their door handles to last 10 years or more. Nonetheless, in light of the above, we decided to source local electroplaters who would give us a warranty for the new electroplating finish.
Please make sure you keep your expectations in check as Chant's products may fail to fulfill them in the near future.
