★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello there, ill talk about four things here that is FOOD, SERVICE, AMBIENCE AND LOCATION.
FOOD - I had ordered lamb chops which was delicious and cooked well accompanied by onion bhaji. It looked great and tasted well as the bhaji was crispy. Thereafter I ordered chicken65 which was definitely not upto the mark and didn't taste well so left it as it was. The first two bites tasted like old refrigerated chicken ?. Couldn't have that bite as well and it ended up in the paper towel. WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THAT. Lost the first star here.
SERVICE- it was a good start with the service followed by a huge decline. After serving the drinks and food, there were no checkbacks done for food as well as drinks at all whatsoever. They Lost the second star here.
AMBIENCE N LOCATION - interiors were amazingly spacious and a parking which was free after 7pm. Prime location and easy to navigate.
I dont think I would recommend this to friends and family. Good luck next time for a better food and service experience.

Recently had a chance to dine- in and I kept my order simple (Chicken Balti, Garlic/Butter Naan). Felt that the chicken is half cooked and then later immersed in a Red colour curry with no intention of cooking it fully. Due to my unmanageable hunger I somehow ate the Naan’s, and the next day turned out to be a complete disaster for my stomach and appetite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I orderd 1st time from chapati very very bad experience. I order curry naan and roti, curry was eatable just eatable but naan and roti was worst. Roti was not eatable at all. I kept it in kitchen to through them out in morning but when i came in the kitchen the roti was smelling very bad and somthing white on roti. I dont think the dough was fresh. Very disappointed and not reccomended. I never do negative feedbacks but i really didnt eat the food and also may be you guys will do somthing about naan and roti quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uber eats turns up with missing food I call and they say sorry about that but we won’t come out with the food that’s missing we are to busy, some of what I have required for the other items has meant some food is un useable, poor service all round. I’ve used you guys 12 years dine in and take out, then you make your stuff up my problem. A good business resolves things. You failed to do anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update - I got a call from their Manager - Preet, who very kindly apologised and offered a replacement meal for free. I politely declined as we already had plans for the weekend but the intention matters hence changing my review. It's very easy to stuff up when you are a Hospitality business (specially in the situation we are in) but it takes the right people and the mindset to actually go in and fix the stuff up, which I noticed in Preet's intent.
Was a regular customer but this would be my last order with them. Malai tikka was smelling bad, tasting like the pieces were taken out of another curry and then the cream thrown over them to make it look like malai tikka. If that wasn't enough, it had small pieces of bones almost in each piece which shouldn't be there considering it's a Tikka. Moving on to kadhai chicken, the most pathetic i have ever had ! Again, the recipe was definitely not of a kadhai chicken and the pieces were hard and big, tasted so bad that we couldn't even finish our food. Not sure if they have changed their chef or the owners, but their food used to be way better than this.

Mmm very true, lovely atmosphere, great helpful staff. And the food was top notch.
