Parking: off street parking available
Staff: very friendly and considerate to customers needs. Quick on their toes
Service: good pace let's you enjoy the company and time at the restaurant.
Seating: lot of options from table for 2 to table of 24. Indoor seating only.
Reservations: appreciated and required to avoid waiting time
Food quality: fresh and tasty. Made as per customers requirements. All menu items are tasty too.
Value for money: yes and good place to hangout with mates and family.
Washrooms: Yes - most Men and Women - clean
Overall experienc: Good food, quick service...

Beer tasted weird and bottle was not brought to the table.

β β β β β Very bad service. we did take away from this place panner tikaa masla was not fresh. curry was smelling very bad so we called to this place (Pramod) Manger was laughing while we was explaining our issue over the phone. owner was very rude too. not ready to listen. we never recommend this place to any one. seriously waste of money & time.food was not fresh smells very bad while we open. i can surely say that curry was not fresh it was very bad. so if you going to this place please please fist think & go.. extremely bad

β β β β β I ordered twice through their online ordering system.
At first time, they didnβt have my order despite I received their confirmation text and email. So I had to wait about 20 minutes while they cooked my order.
And at the second time, when I arrived there, luckily they had my order and the man said they are still preparing my order.
I expected I should wait about 5 to 10 minutes, but I had to wait another 25 minutes over there. They sent confirmation text message and email that the estimate time is 15 min after order, but I only could pick up my order 20 minutes passed the estimated time they confirmed. Also despite I was standing in front of them, they left my order on their table instead of give me that immediately, and several minutes later they asked what my order was and gave it to me.
It was totally disappointing and I will not buy anything from them.
1 star review is too much for them.

I have been coming to Punjabi Kitchen for a few years now and It is by far the best Indian restaurant Iβve found in Auckland. The food is so good, I travel 16 kilometres to get my takeout bypassing many other places.

β β β β β Starters were reasonably good, although small portion sizes. For the main course I ordered my dish super hot, it had no spice whatsoever and was very bland. The lamb was a bit fatty, the sauce oily, no heat to it and no depth of flavour. Not the worst I've had in NZ but far from a good one, average is the best I can say. However, I've eaten curries all over the world, some prepared by chefs who have catered for the PM of India, so I do have high standards. I would try again one more time and if that is the same quality I will avoid this place.

β β β β β Restaurant is very clean and spacious. Staffs are very friendly. And the food is amazing. Definitely one of the best restaurants for Indian food. Prawn chilli is amazing. And I loved chicken Biryani. Very well impressed by the food.
