★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 years ago extremely bright lights were installed. Since then viewing the night sky is impossible as my backyard is flooded with light. Initially I was treated with contempt. Then the MD apologized and said something would be done to remediate the issue. Nothing has happened and for 18 months it has been possible to read a book outside at night due to light pollution. No attempt by management has been made to fix this issue or to even pretend to be a good neighbor. Chatsford operates on the policy that they have money and residential neighbors are irrelevant.
Staff report that the work culture is abusive and it is proven by how neighbors are treated by management
