Cheers were excellent to deal with, friendly helpful staff, went the extra mile to make sure I had everything delivered on time and had all the little extra bits and pieces I needed to make the weekend fabulous. I totally recommend them to anyone planning an event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience just confusion re the sides not on the black gazebo as were shown in the photos on the white gazebo .. meaning we had to come back to collect the white sides ..However apart from that the team at Cheers were most helpful , obliging ,polite and very very nice to deal with. The gazebos were fabulous !! Just what we wanted .. Thankyou ??

They were all good and well in the beginning, email reply being that same day or in the next day with being very happy to help; leading upto the wedding especially in the last 3 months leading upto it there was a lot of mishaps that happened with lack of communication, extra charges and promises unkept;
My family and friends had to goto my house to finish the reception set up on the day as the people left it half undone although paying the set up and takedown fee, and also an incident where they took all of the fairy lights I purchased with them when they left; I didn’t deal with them on the day I gave that duty to my bridesmaid as she didn’t want me to stress, and the messages to my bridesmaid was very condescending and rude and trying to make me (the bride) feel about the “extras” she through in even tho most of the fells through and the main one was the marquees were they were quoted $250 which I paid and then she said I didn’t pay for them and that they’re worth $800 etc just things like that;
There’s very limited hire in whangarei but I recommend trying to find someone else who will be able to provide a stress free planning experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kylie and her team managed to throw together our very last minute Hawaiian party. We had a basic idea, but Kylie knew exactly what we were after!! The team that set up were so accommodating, and friendly- definitely recommend Cheers Party Hire- pop in and check their showroom- it will make you want to plan a party

Our wedding like many over these covid times was one that was cancelled and push out by a year which was no problem for the Cheers team. One thing that sticks in my mind was Kylie first saying when I met with them that the "wedding booking" was a working document and she is so right. Thank you team Cheers! X
