★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. I was after a specific flower and after calls to more than one florist, Wild Ivy were the only florist that went the extra mile for me. They offered to ring there supply straight away and get back to me if they had any on the way.
I also had issues with the delivery ( the recipient not being were I thought) and they sorted this out no hassle. Everything I asked for and beautiful flowers. Thank you Wild Ivy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a beautiful Wild Ruby bouquet to send to my Nana in law whose husband passed away late last week. They arrived today and my Nana is absolutely blown away at how beautiful they are. She is going to use it as the main centre piece for the funeral. The flowers were so vibrant. Thank you so much. Your service was so easy to use from half an island away (Canterbury). Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a florist choice as picture showed really interesting flowers, orchids, bromeliads, roses, tropicals etc in natural paper. Ordered from Auckland and flowers were picked up by brother in law for my sister's birthday. What she got was a bunch of ordinary supermarket flowers in pink paper. Left photo what l thought I'd ordered from their website gallery, right photo what arrived.

Was able to take Alice’s lead and in return she delivered a beautifully vibrant arrangement in time for My Nan’s special day!!

However, the lady that happened to there when we walked in to check, was more than happy to put an arrangement together for us on the spot - very grateful and the recipients loved them. The flowers bloomed beautifully. Highly recommend, great service!
