Good parking free with purchase with a docket over $10..
Good range of basic products. Huge savings accumulative with multiple purchases.
Not the chemist shop experience however on request staff are very helpful.

β β β β β We went to counter and there was this young boy on the counter called Omar, just asked him for best cough syrup and told him that i am on amoxicillin. He just walked out of the counter took us to the right cough syrup and explained how syrup works.
The fantastic gesture hy Omar have never noticed in any of the chemist warehouse so far. Well done Omar. Thank you Omar.

β β β β β Guys, your click & collect ID policy is terrible! If I have been sent by my wife to collect an item (nothing drug related but rather a cheap item) I have her email evidence with barcode to collect the item, I was listed as her pick up person on the order... I have my drivers license and could show our shared names on our bank accounts... Common sense needs to be applied here! . Asked for a manager politely, manager could have made a good common sense approach...but did not. Waste of my time! Won't be back at your shop thanks!
The Te rapa Chemist Warehouse allowed a click & collect without my wife's credit card details this month when i collected for her, hard enough parking in CBD at mid day without this drama!

β β β β β Horrible experience at store, customer service was not good. Staff would look at us but was never greeted or talked to. Followed around the store by security, Not good to be accused of stealing when we were regular customers doing our regular shop. He shut up pretty quick when he knew he was wrong.
Not good to accuse people of this no matter what. Check ur facts first and get it right.

β β β β β I love coming here and will continue to do so but what I loved about today was the Securtiy Guy greeting and asking us how we were in Te Reo MΔori. He even bid us a farewell in Te Reo too. I was shocked but also very happy at the same time. NgΔ mihi e te rangatira.
