โ โ โ โ โ This pharmacy only gets this rating because for DAYS Noone answered the phone no matter what category you press.
I understand you get really busy but ONE phone extention at least should have someone answer.
After all yre a well respected pharmacy providing multiple services surely you make enough money having being open thru covid unlike other businesses that have had to cut back on staff and services due to being closed for weeks on end.
Come on guys think of the customer not just the money.

โ โ โ โ โ Went in to get my toddler's ear pierced. It was done so professionally, she didnt even realize it. The lady who did the job was excellent, and took time to identify the spot that will cause least pain instead of going with my recommended spots - while explaining her reasoning to choose another one. Also loved the fact that they had this service available after hours - we got it done around 7:30 PM, which helped us make things fit into her routine.

โ โ โ โ โ Conveniently located, just beside Anglesea Clinic, it makes easier to order and collect your medicines. It was recently renovated and looks amazing inside. The waiting area is comfy and provide some magazines to entertain yourself while waiting. Open 7 days a week until late, offering a huge variety of products. There is also a small snack shop inside. It sells gifts and travel utilities.

โ โ โ โ โ Phone service is worse than useless, lazy staff, seems pharmacy staff are generally lazy these days. Perhaps there are over-worked but they shouldnt turn up for work if they arent prepared to offer a basic standard of care and service.
