β β β β β I love supporting local but when my local chemist wouldnt help and really didnt give too hoots i went to chemist warehouse the lady doing the scripts actually came out to help me, got what i needed at a decent price. Lovely customer service

β β β β β Bought knee support product from this Chemist warehouse Onehunga store 4 weeks ago and that was faulty went in to return to Onehunga store today. Store manager she was so rude useless customer service and shouting and fighting why I have come to return faulty product after 7 days. Store manager including store security guard got abusive in the endβ¦ just donβt go to this Chemist warehouse store in Onehunga. I have made a official complaint with CW head office hopefully it will go though investigation. Store manager and security guard shameless customer service for a faulty product return. I tried to buy another brand but manager refused to sell the product because I will come to return faulty product. Can some one ask this store manager what person should do with faulty product if not return back to store!!!

β β β β β Issues with this store from Day 1, starting with medicines running out, rude interrogatory style of staff, and then the clincher: get everyone in with the long hours and scale them back to 8pm. Clearly lacking the customer service skills to run such an important organisation. Aussies. No surprises there.

β β β β β Next to no customer service and very unpleasant. Also, they claim to have extremely low prices, however, you can price match at other stores, so to have signs everywhere saying that makes no sense. Support small business, and not this chain that doesn't care about the customers needs.

β β β β β Worst experience I have never written a review before but I just wanted to say that while I was looking at perfumes with another person, we were watched the whole time and the employee who was watching us the whole time stood literally 3 steps away from us making me really uncomfortable. Once I had picked a perfume the staff told me that she would leave if at checkout for when Iβm ready to pay, it was the most degrading thing Iβve ever experienced. Do better.
