★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always good deals here. Being on a benefit making ends meet can be difficult. I also have multiple health issues so being able to my supplements and personal care products cheap is very important. I strongly recommend Chemist Warehouse, for good value for your dollar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were friendly but I found the building very cluttered and the signage is far too much. I find it very difficult to find anything you need alone as the aisles are difficult to figure out what's down which one because theres thousands of signs everywhere. Three screens with advertisements for a product were all on within a meter of eachother and it's all just a bit much. Good prices though.

They do not listen.The prescription was orginally send by Midwide direct to them and they confirmed us over phone that the medicine is ready to pick up. When I was at store to pick up the medicine ,they told me that they haven't received any prescription. Its happen twice. Very disappointing service by the pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst online shopping experience. No communication that isn't automated. They take payment for products they do not have and then take weeks to refund. Their system is unreliable so I would avoid. You can still get good prices elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guard made me feel really uncomfortable during my shopping here. I get you’re doing your job but when it’s making customers feel uncomfortable you should probably work on that. Wont be coming back here as an innocent shop made me feel like I was stealing .
Thanks to the awesome checkout lady though for not treating me like a criminal as I PAID for my items ?
