★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a recent visit, floor staff were kind and helpful. However, I noticed that those working behind the prescription counter dealt with customers in an unwelcoming manner and then, when finished, walked back toward colleagues to share details of the interaction. This included audibly making fun of the customers and questions they had asked. It seems like training and better supervision are needed behind the counter. Until that time, I'd recommend that customers go elsewhere with their prescriptions.

If they aren't on their phones they are just watching you like a hawk or standing right in front of the perfume cupboard and acting intimidating.

They want me to spend my pension on petrol driving there all the time to get more

Waiting for order to be sent. Then my $130 order got canceled apart from 2items. Still no info on refund still can't contact emails not getting responded to. Phone calls no one is answering.
