★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant and disrespectful pharmecist and receptionist. We went there for the flu vaccine and came out feeling disappointed/disrespected. They don't even bother to communicate properly with their customers.
Just wanted to get the flu jab done while we're out and about in the city otherwise we wouldn't have gone here at the first place as we usually get the amazing service from our local pharmacy @ Fendalton mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year, I went there for a whooping cough vaccination. The pharmacist was so helpful as I was fitting it in with the flu and other vaccinations. She looked up her book and found out info that my doctors never knew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this is the pharmacy that court visitors go to get the covid test, I'd like to let you know I am making a formal complaint to the human rights commission. But you probably already know that because I told you. You people refused to accept my genuine mask exemption. I was wearing the card that the DPA provided to me. I could not breathe properly and my body and hands were shaking because my breathing was so restricted. You sir, were so disgusting as to state that because you are a private business you don't have to accept people with mask exemptions, and you made me pay for one of yours! I was at the court house because I was a victim in a burglary. If that wasn't enough you have to treat me like trash as well. And no it wasn't my choice to get the test or to wear a mask. You and the courts forced me to. You made me feel like I've been victimised all over again. I have been discriminated against by you, James or whatever your name is, and I won't stay silent about how you treat people with disabilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are continuously too busy to provide the same type of respectful and caring service, that I've received from many other pharmacies, who appear just as busy. I've returned here frequently due to it's location being convenient, but I will no longer do so. In today's world, it is so important that our healthcare providers, and services related to health are kind, and these people are not. Give your customers the time, care and respect they should get with the prices of your products.
