★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This reference is just regarding to my working experience with Cherryland. They hired way too many people and all the people arriving with us got kicked after 4 days. Quite a bummer after driving down from Northland. And they seem to do it every year. Only plus point: Nigel is a nice supervisor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we were there after Xmas holidays, there not much cherry left for PYO. Most of the trees that have cherry either rotten or need to carefully pick from the top.
Should have inform the customer about the less fruits expectation. Or probably can have ready picked cherries to buy on shelf.
Not a pleasure experience compared to 2 years ago when we went was full of cherries to pick from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at cherry land, the front reception lady was very nice and friendly, signs and pyo well displayed. We arrived quite late on the day, still enough time manage to pick few couple kgs, good quality cherry and highly recommend for South island holiday if you travel by ferry, a must go place in cherry season.
