★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A poor experience. They refused to discuss a motor that was purchased and I had a problem with. Their reason was that I left it 4 weeks before coming back. I explained that it was a hobby machine and I only got around to fitting the motor in the last few days. They refused to allow a credit or exchange or discuss a refund and furthermore they didn’t want to test the motor and said I must have worn it out in the month I owned it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a powersaw blade off their website, was expecting to get a normal courier price and pay by credit card. Instead the order gets submitted and someone has to manually get in contact, which seems a bit absurd in this day and age of ecommerce.
Anyways, I get a call the next day stating that they only sell the blades in packs of 10. Why list individual blades if you are only going to sell them by the 10?
A bit of a waste of time really, not sure I would try again in future.
