β β β β β I have been ordering platters from Chia sushi for work shared lunches. Great presentation and yummy popcorn chicken and sushi everyone enjoys it. Awesome food for groups, gatherings and parties. Would love to order it again!

β β β β β Discovered this place by accident, absolutely delicious bubble tea - flavoursome tea, jelly on point and their pearls - yummy!
With the good is the bad - took ages to be served (who knows what they were doing at the back) after I rang the bell, they yelled out something inaudible. And then it took ages to get the bubble tea.

β β β β β Be very careful of this place. My daughter purchased Boba and it had 3 ants in it, when we took it back to question it and request a refund they left us waiting out the front for about 15 mins until i called for them to come out. When they finally came out with the drink it was half empty, she had taken the ants out and then questioned my daughter what she wanted. When i asked where was the rest of the drink and where were the insect that were in the drink had gone, she said "they were tea leaves" When i said "no they were insects they had legs and a head!" She then back tracked and said "Ok maybe JUST ants!" Ummmm "Ants" are NOT ok! She turned and got the girl to give us a refund and retuned back to the kitchen without any apology or anything. DO NOT EAT HERE. If you do please check your food/drink they think it's ok for ants to be in your food who knows what else they think is ok to be in your food.

β β β β β Me and a few others went into your Chia Sushi shop in the outlet city earlier today. Around 30 minutes after drinking your bubble tea, we all noticed we all felt sick and had headaches, and a bit later on one of us had thrown up.

β β β β β Ordered Fried Udon Vegetables have enjoyed this dish for years. Today it came through MenuLog and they used cheap Maggi looking instant noodles instead of Udon noodles, which they've never done before. There was zero flavor, whereas normally plenty of flavor and the small container was only 1/3 fill. They didn't even give me a whole packet of cheap noodles. Hardly any veggies either a few beans, normally sufficient vegetables.
So disappointing. Beware to anyone who orders online they'll give you the cheap stuff that may not be what you ordered and won't give you a full portion.

β β β β β my friends and i went to the outlet city chia sushi today and we all had different flavours of bubble tea. we were all overcharged and our orders were switched. about half an hour after we have had the tea, we all started experiencing the same symptoms of nausea and headaches. my friend even threw up over the nausea.
