I came to the shop and the staff at there told me my order was not ready, I waited about 30 minutes and they still haven't know when my order was ready, after 10 minutes I asked them again but they didn't answer me, no one said sorry. I had to go out without my pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I order a pizza with Spring onions they never put that in even though I paid for it. This happened to me every single time and sometimes I have to check the pizza in the store and ask them to add it. If its a delivery then your are out of luck. This is robbery since it costs $0.50 for it.? I understand its cheap pizza but at least they should put all the ingredients they mention in the menu?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight I called domino's Johnsonville to make a change to the drink I ordered. While, the person on the phone seemed to understand my request, It didn't end up being updated. Also the Chips and wedges were underdone.
After a positive experience ordering from tawa. I have been trying Johnsonville and have been nothing but disappointed. They can't even cut the pizzas evenly. Not a big deal but, you'd think they would get better over time.
I should have read previous one star reviews before ordering. I have now learnt my lesson and won't be ordering from this place again. I don't like having to leave bad reviews and I try to contact domino's via the website. So far all concerns have been ignored.

Look at the pizza.
Edited: I thought dominos Newtown was the worst domino pizza I never had and I was wrong. Don't waste your money in here you will always get a burnt pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 2 pizzas and chips last night. Chips good, pizzas very average When are takeaway businesses going to give you the wow factor. I’m not sure how these businesses continue to survive in the current environment if they are not delivering food that you would talk about to others and have a loyal returning customer. Let’s face it, you can buy great fillet steaks and veg for the money you pay for basic takeaway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our delivery arrived half an hour late and smashed. We had to call to find out where it was and were told to wait another 15 minutes was already 20 minutes late. One pizza was burned and both weren't even close to properly cut. They were both soggy and lukewarm. The garlic bread was squished flat, and both pizzas were squished with the toppings all over the box tops. Genuinely the worst experience we've ever had with Dominos, so disappointing.
