★ ★ ★ ★ ★ China town is rather a big disappointment at the moment... There are more shops, or should I say stalls, closed than there are open. The food court was, frankly, dirty and grubby. The dumplings I ordered were actually fine, but they had this juice on the inside which put my off. Also, just want to say, I was served tea in a plastic cup that you can see on the picture... I would have thought they could spare me an actual teacup. I wish this big area was rather used for a night market or something that will actually bring in customers. Walking through there is rather boring and lifeless. The only reason why I gave it two stars instead of one is because the shoe store is ok, and the grocer isn't too bad either. Would not recommend as a destination for a family shopping trip.

I found that the people who doing bussness in here , forget that they are in New Zealand.
Very rude and unfriendly.
Make sure you dont touch anything
Had very bad experience.
