I just wanna spend time to see and look at their interesting products and I bought a lot at the end. They were just interested in people is going to buy their products or not. Its the bad thing of seller!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered and did online payment on 14/3/22, the stuffs have never arrived, was ignored so many times when asked for the tracking number or refund, was hanged up the phones twice by C***y while talking, VERY RUDE customer service, very disappointed. Refund finally actioned today 5/5/22.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always give different prices on WeChat( even you have confirmed) and in the shop. Giving lots of excuses to deny (eg, too busy, system errors, price excludes gst, the person replied was not the sales person and etc).
The last blaming you to pay quickly and leave the shop fast.
Very disappointed with their impolite service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a few bottles of milkpower for my family in China in February, however they have never arrived. I asked for refund since 1 month ago. I contacted them via Wechat for over 5 times and also called them multiple times.The staffs either ignoreed my messages or say it is in processing. I still haven't received my refund yet. Very frustrated.?
