★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some drainage work has begun along Cambridge Street in Richmond and a crew from Ching's have the task of doing this work. This road is an incredibly busy road so requires lots of cones in all different areas for driving access, this also requires STS workers to manage the traffic flow and at this time Noella and Atateha ( excuse spelling there guys ;) ) have been amazing, both have been on their feet all day, each day, directing traffic with a friendly wave, smiling nod and courteous manner. Myself and my colleagues have been incredibly impressed by both their manner and professionalism to their role. We really do think they deserve a morning tea shout for their hard work and representation of Chings Contracting. I happen to sit in an air conditioned office looking over them each day and have completely learned a whole new respect for the men and woman that work in this role. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I didn't directly use Ching as a customer, my partner and I have had the pleasure of dealing with them for the past few months as they have repaired our road. Their entire crew are polite and patient, make jokes and still have high spirits and professionalism in the freezing rain. They work fast and do a great job and although the work has been disruptive to our lives, we are glad that we have this level of professional behaviour at a residential level. Would recommend.
