★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After inquiring if they were open, they fail to inform us they had a birthday party booked for 12 noon. We turned up at 11am only to be told we only have an hour of playtime before we have to leave! So we had to take our babies elsewhere for a play?. Disappointed, this could have been avoided if they had told us over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very nice place for children. My daughter really enjoy here, she is very small I wish I could stay longer there. Thanks for designing wonderful place for kids n parents. Food options are good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing facilities for babies crawling and walking, also our 7-9 year old enjoyed themselves, everything is clean, all the machines are in working order and we were also greeted and given information when we arrived which is not something I’m used to it was really nice thank you so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a large venue but fun activities for about 1-2 hours. Very loud, not good for anxious or noise sensitive kids/parents. Average food, which is expected, but the plate of wedges were yummy. Good iced mocha frap, but not great english breakfast tea.

Our daughter, we and our guests are all very happy with the way the birthday room was decorated, arrangements for food, cake and special thanks to Charlie. Special mention abou the cake it was really yummy. I will recommend them for birthday parties.. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take my 11m bub there. Under 1s are free. They have their own space for under 5s. He would stay for hours if I let him. He has so much fun. Place is always clean and tidy.
