About Chiu & Cain Law
Mark was previously a partner of over 30 years at one of Wellington’s oldest and most respected medium-sized law firms. John was a partner and principal of his own general practice, having also been a partner at an established full-service law firm.
The firm's intention is to provide comprehensive legal services in which the client has a direct relationship with their lawyer. When Chiu & Cain was created, almost all Mark and John's client's followed them and some have been with them for over 30-years each.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The notary got extremely impatient and didn't even let me finish asking my question and after I tried to calm down the situation he started yelling and getting really rude. I absolutely don't recommend him to get anything notarised I have no idea how this guy got to be a lawyer. He is very unprofessional and has quite a temper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Mr. Mark Chiu is absolute rude person and his office is completely mess & dis-organised. I was given time of 2.15 PM and until 2.40 he didn’t show up. After wards he was disrespectful towards my me and my wife. Most importantly I was quoted $105 for two Power of Attorney notarised once I was there he said I’ll charge $180, how ridiculous. In this whole process I was in constant touch with Miss Aimee. She was absent from scene when all this happened. If someone wants to get humiliated approach Mr Chiu. SAD!!
