My partner and I used them for purchasing our first home. We were provided with an upfront fee which was perfect considering the amount of things you need to budget for when purchasing your first home. They made the whole process extremely simple and approached it in such a way that I personally learnt a lot from the experience. All queries were addressed in an extremely timely manner and the team was hands down lovely to deal with. Highly recommend.

The pre-contract advice provided was amazing and really helped us to understand all of the legal jargon that comes with LIM reports and sale and purchase agreements. Sam was always responsive and sent emails after typical working hours to ensure our fears were dispelled and we understood everything clearly. The team at Convex are all friendly and the price was more than reasonable for what was produced. I would highly recommend!

Katherine and the team were with us every step of the way, and we always received prompt and comprehensive advice that was easy to understand whenever requested, and at a reasonable price. The whole house buying process was extremely stressful, but we never worried about the legal side of things with them on our side. Would highly recommend!

We felt super supported which was huge to us since it was our first time going through the home buying process. Another thing we appreciated was how up front she was with the cost of their services and so we knew from the start how much we would need to pay. We would highly recommend Katherine and her team, especially if you are a first home buyer.
