About Choice Commercial Interiors
Since it was founded in 1995, Choice Commercial Interiors Limited has been operating successfully within the Wellington Region, with a focus on office, medical, retail and exhibition fitout, building refurbishment, seismic improvement and commercial construction.
Because many of the projects we undertake are carried out in client-occupied and multi-tenanted commercial buildings, we work closely with tenants to ensure the work in sequenced carefully to avoid interrupting the occupants.
Our high performance and unique personal service delivery has resulted in approximately 70% of our work being derived from referrals. The remainder of our work is obtained through the competitive tender market.
Our management team, Contracts Managers and Quantity Surveyors, between them have many years’ experience working at senior levels in both interior fitout and general construction. This experience is reflected in our attitude to our clients, working with the clients design team and the end user. We recognise that working together collaboratively on projects is in the best interests of all parties and delivers the best results.
We understand the importance of maintaining good relationships with all our clients and this is a central component of our service delivery model. We consistently deliver projects that are of the highest quality, on programme and within budget. Our standard of performance is our greatest asset and ensures we develop and maintain client relationships that we can be proud of.
We are held in high esteem by our subcontractors whom we provide with the highest level of support through proactive project planning and information sharing. In return, we expect and receive high performance from them.
Our effective Health and Safety plan means we have an unblemished record in this area. ACC’s audit of our Workplace Safety Management Programme resulted in the best rating practicably achievable by an organisation of our size (a Secondary Level rating). Teamwork ensures we maintain a working environment that is as free from avoidable harm as possible and rely on all of our employees, contractors and subcontractors to share this commitment, ensuring everyone co-operates with our Health & Safety Management Plan.
