THEE, best eclair I have eaten outside of France.
I was an exchange student from 15-16 years old in Nantes; I vowed never to eat another eclair again as I left; unless it was in France.
Dude!
I wake up Tuesday morning to make breakfast and my partner of 35 years has been to your shop and left 2 eclairs on the bench.
(He was calling into I.E.Produce when he saw your shop)
As I make the bircher I got stuck into my eclair; completely abandoning my own undertaking from 50 years ago.
OMG!
I so want you to survive and prosper; when lock down is over I intend to make you a weekly stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we discovered CHOUX and WOW their eclairs are out of this world! We had a salted caramel and cookies and cream one. I have never tasted anything better and not as sweet as donuts. If you are looking for a yummy tasty treat give these guys a go, too good not to share.
