Requested a new wheelie bin and was told by the first agent that i dont have to pay for it and then an email came up to me telling me that i need to pay a certain amount and then i rung again to confirm and a different statement was said to me.

β β β β β I have been a user of your libraries for approx 30 years. I am dismayed that you are requiring a vaccine pass for a setting that is more akin to a retail store. Children (whom their parents may be unvaxxed) and teenagers should not be denied knowledge and the chance to further their education. Please remove the mandates for all libraries. This is an illogical and punitive measure and the younger generation is being penalized for it.

β β β β β Been waiting months now for their action in response to my emails promised to me regarding waste contamination. They are obviously not interested as they have done absolutely nothing to stop what I contacted them about. What a joke you people are!Update they tell me the issue has been resolved it hasn't! Nearly one year now and it's exactly as it was and yes I have contacted them 5 further times at least.

β β β β β Mowing the lawn at 2am on a Sunday every weekend ... Spending stupid amount of money to do half arsed repair jobs to roads that they haven't listened to citizens about in the consultation process... Rates rising but the state of council run areas doesn't reflect these rises... Just some of the best points about the Christchurch City Council... Would like to give -5 stars

β β β β β Rip up Private Lanes and DO NOT reinstate as they found them, appalling response times, 15 Months later and still not repaired to Origional state, after numerous ph calls, NO Care, NO Concern, and most of all , NO Respect for those that choose no to be Lab Rats to the system, SHAME ON THE COUNCIL

β β β β β Completely and utterly incompetent. Had our yellow recycling bin removed for "contamination" (one or two plastic bottle caps). These clowns wonder why people are dumping rubbish on the side if the road and I can see why. One star is too generous if you ask me.
