★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The weekend staff couldn't access everything in their system, my agent is Mike Pero, and the insurance company could be Vero, Aon or Stylecover. I called Vero and my policy number is not in their system, Vero said it could be under Aon or Stylecover and so I need to call on weekdays. Vero vero confusing, not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this NZ's most incompetent insurance company? Yes! Utterly hopeless - I've bought a new car and was recommended by Tesla to use these guys. I've sent all the details they asked and haven't had. reply and am not even sure if I'm currently insured, They don't respond to emails and, when you ring, I've never managed to talk to someone - it's always "there is no-one available" please leave a message" and then it just disconnects you and doesn't let you leave a message,. I've never come across an insurance company as poor as this and judging by the other reviews I'm far from alone. Will be complaining too Tesla as well and suggest that they find a different company to recommend to their customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, comfortable. Sound proof windows. Lots and lots of traffic, but I can't hear it. Yay.
The staff are kind and polite, and have a sense of humour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today they charged me $900 from my credit card for no reason. I'm not their customer. I called them to ask the money back and they told me they are sorry for that mistake but they can not give my money back as soon as possible. What they told me was to wait at least a month to process. What I can do right now? i need my money to pay bills !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this so called company a negative -5 stars I definitely would, during the earthquake in CHRISTCHURCH this company said that our warehouse damage, "which the back of it separated from the front" was NOT because of the earthquake it just happened by itself???? In my life I have never seen the back of a huge warehouse decide to separate itself from the front to the back, what a joke!!! There is alot of extra disgusting things they did that I will not discuss on here. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
