β β β β β First point of contact was terribly rude, uninformative and dismissive. Receptionist couldn't get off the phone fast enough. A potential client shouldn't have to wear a employee's poor attitude. This interaction set the tone for the whole experience which seems would have most likely left me dissatisfied had I booked and appointment. One star as a thank you for allowing me not to do business with you.
