β β β β β Wow what an amazing place! I recently had both a mole check with a dermatologist and a treatment with one of the nurses. Both staff members were extremely professional and so friendly. They explained step by step what they were doing to put me at ease. I would highly recommend KM Surgical ?

β β β β β Would NOT recommend going to the dermatologist here. I was very disappointed with my consultation. I know there is a shortage of dermatologists in Christchurch, but I had a very uncomfortable summer with my skin and had to wait over 2 months to see a dermatologist, (which I completely get) by the time I had my appointment my skin had cleared slightly. I feel like paying $255 to see a dermatologist for 10 minutes to tell me the same thing my doctor did was just draining I felt like going to see a "skin specialist" would put me at ease a little or take further tests, examine further, this was not the case. My family members and friends who suffer with skin issues and have seen other dermatologists and had a much better experience. I feel in comparison I will definitely not be recommending KM surgical to anyone.

β β β β β I cannot praise everyone at KM Surgical highly enough! From the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors, theyβre all so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Ken is a charming man who did a beautiful job!

β β β β β From the moment I began communication to the treatment I was in great hands. Doctor Tom was wonderful, giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and the treatment was very professional. GPs had told me not to bother doing anything as I needed surgery but that was not the case at all. So very pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Went to KM Surgical about four weeks ago as I had bad redness and some red veins. I had the KTP laser treatment and my veins have all gone ! This treatment is not painful and the staff knew what they were doing they were very knowledgeable. Iβm going back to have a few more different treatments in a few weeks to have my acne scarring treated!

β β β β β Went in with some issues on my face today - was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews here, but was welcomed to friendly reception, clean waiting room/bathroom/building. I had a consultation with Dr Martin and it went very well, I was able to ask all my questions without feeling like I was being silly or annoying. Also came to a conclusion on how to proceed, and was advised there are more alternatives if this route didn't work. Left feeling like I had the information I needed to begin tackling my skin issue. Great service overall, and based on my experience this time I would recommend to others.
