★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately had to use this service. Had to wait hours to see a nurse although I told them my wife had previously suffered a stroke and we had to go in whenever she wasn't feeling well.no one was remotely interested . Frustrating. One star is too mmuch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A doctor referred me for acute psych help as medical condition makes me severely suicidal. Was told they don't have anyone that could help on weekdays. They literally offered me a BUS TICKET to go to Hillmorton. So I left and walked into traffic. Obviously that didn't work either. If only I had been hit I would either be dead (yay!) or injured so they would have to help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there are like family members. They treat us very well. Always smile on their faces. All you have to do is wait for your turn and follow their instructions. Never seen kind staff like them in my whole life. Very happy them: )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kia Ora. I came in at around 11ish today and I just want to say thank you to the triage nurse, the receptionist, Doctor Andrew M and Nurse Hannah, and Nurse Jo. They were so helpful today! Professional, good mannered, friendly, respectful! You guys made my time in ED as thoroughly enjoyable as it could be. Thanks team! I totally appreciate your efforts! Many thanks, Malo S ?

I never got the chance to say thank you. They work under pressure. It's not a first in first served Needs of the patient. I survived went through came around after 3 days. Wife said care was great. Doctors and nurses great Thank you
