Fantastic service from Adrian and the rest of the team at Christchurch Nissan. They walked me through buying my first EV making it easy and enjoyable. I doubt I could go back to a combustion engine after experiencing the quiet smoothness and very surprising instant 320Nm of torque of my Leaf! Thanks Christchurch Nissan!

I was hoping change of ownership would improve the service. Still don't reply or try to help. There are many issues in the service department The biggest dis service to the department is the manager(T) over 5 years now dealing with cockram and now chch Nissan, he is the face of the department and is not a good one, he is unwelcoming and abrupt. For example we explain to the receptionist the issue, which we have discussed with tony, yet he doesn’t say hello he doesn’t say hi yes I spoke earlier to you Earlier, instead he ignores you and let’s you spend 10-15 minutes explaining it to the receptionist when he is sitting 3 meters away. It’s almost like management goes out of there way to make you feel uncomfortable and made to feel like your bothering them when you are spending $700 etc on services Communication between garage staff, management and then relayed to reception is extremely poor The most annoying point of the whole episode is getting your vehicle at the end , after I take care of my $60,000 vehicle it is returned half clean, dry washed scratches, tyre shine on half the rims, all trim cleaned about 30%, 70% still dirty it’s like the final kick in the teeth after yet another poor experience . This has happened 5 times now and then you say bring it back and we will clean it 1. I don’t trust you to do a proper job, 2. It should be done first time I had a dash cam set up at my last service $720 it showed 30 minutes with the bonnet up, 12minutes cleaning 5 minutes parking When I checked my levels some were below minimum, I asked why they weren’t topped up and they said we don’t check on such a new vehicle ???? Iv lost hope and ecstatic my warantee runs out in September

Took my car in to get an issue diagnosed. They said they could not find the cause of the problem but still charged me $145. Top blokes

Still waiting for a part to be fixed from September 2021. Communication not exactly fantastic as I have had to chase up 3 times now. JAN 2022 UPDATE: 5th time following up we're still working on it. Hoping to have it sorted soon. Hoping.
