Christchurch RV Centre - Rolleston

Brought our dream camper off the R V Centre. Made it so easy and gave us everything we wanted in our budget, even installed an oven. Love it so much. Allicia Tony and the team were absolutely fantastic. Thanks to u all. Love our home on wheels.

Happy New Year dear RV Centre team. In April 2020 Dwaine replaced my original 95 Amp Varta house batteries by two 120 Amp Camec deep cycle batteries. Even during the winter months in very cold Twizel I never had problems with my power supply. These batteries do a wonderful job ever since. Thanks, you did a real good job. No need to travel in to CHCH now with the R V centre being in Rolleston. Good range and prices are certainly competitive. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

What a great team!! Worked hard to help get our water pump back up and running again. Great service, very helpful team. No hesitation in going back.

We bought our leisure line caravan here about 5 years ago and have had impeccable service every time we have been in with it for servicing and maintenance. We got a lesson on how to use it and written instructions and forgot half of what we were told so have been back with questions and have always had friendly efficient service from well versed knowledgeable professionals. They also supply everything you need from gadgets to chemicals and toilet paper. We are looking forward to upgrading to a newer model in the future and we are happy that we will still get the same service we have always had in the past.

Wow brought a really well looked after van. The service was very friendly. Had a little hiccup with water pump and the owner came out and fixed it after hours no questions, replaced it straight away. ( I was over an hour out of town)I would highly recommend to any one looking at buying a van.

Firstly the customer service we received from Steve was fantastic and he is a credit to this company, and the reason we purchased our new caravan which we picked up in October 2021. However, the aftercare on our caravan has been atrocious and the customer service since from others has been incredibly upsetting. When we picked up the van the inverter was making a funny noise but we were assured everything was ok, only for us to find out on our return home that the batteries were not charging. When raised with the company we were informed that we must be doing something wrong or we must of done something to the batteries. We took the van in to be looked at by a caravan servicing agent in our area who advised they were completely dead and had been for some time. They were also not the right size batteries as listed on our purchase agreement. They also determined our washing machine was not hooked up, as they also had to do other work on the caravan as the self containment failed when we got this checked too. So this van was clearly not properly or sufficiently checked over (if it was at all) prior to us collecting it. To re cap on collection: - our batteries were dead. - The self containment failed. - Our washing machine was not connected (which flooded the van when checked). Fortunately the RV Centre did cover the cost of correcting these mistakes but not once did they acknowledge that these were a result of negligence on their end and we have never received an apology for this. Instead we have been treated rudely and completely dismissed every time we have raised a concern since leaving with the van. The only reason I am now writing this review is because our caravan door has since broken and we have tried calling the RV Centre for assistance to get this fixed/ part located (something we happy to pay for ourselves) but after leaving two messages weeks ago we have had no response from the company. We have now sourced from another company who was much more obliging. Overall we are more than happy with our Caravan but extremely disappointed at the aftercare and support from the RV Centre.

Huge thank you to the team for helping me with the purchase of my new van. I felt so comfortable with the ease and advise that was given. Since I will be living in my new van it was good to know the in and outs of the different makes. So pleased I came into your yard it’s a real credit to you. New and plenty of products to choose from to fit out my new van too.
