★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful little wooden church opened in 1881. The church was built by the original settlers who were from Bohemia. It was extended in 1889. The name of the church comes from the feast of St Peter and Paul which the day the first settlers landed in Puhoi. The altarpiece painting is though to be an exact copy of one in a church in Littitz painted by an artist from Bohemia and bears the inscription J Herzog, Pilsen, Europe, Bohemia 1885.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful wooden church with inspirational interior decor and a special icon of Our Lady. We made it for the Saturday 6 pm Mass - not too crowded, ample car parking on side streets.
I made a wish that you are brought to this lovely church.
