★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a transgender woman I’m constantly worried about being judged or mistreated but when I walked into this store I was met with only positivity and was not misgendered once. The employees were the kindest I have ever met and so supportive and put their best effort to help me find my dress. If anyone is transgender I fully recommend them they are so lovely and accepting.

I always feel confident in the items I purchase. Thanks ladies for your extended help last visit and staying on a little longer to ensure I found what I was looking for.

I was very un-organised and went looking for a dress to wear to a wedding (the wedding is tomorrow) Kylee was super friendly and so helpful. I gave her a general idea of what I was after, she picked out 5 dresses off the rack and I was sold by dress number three. I loved her honesty when I tried the dresses on, and I walked out of there feeling so good! This just does not happen when I go clothes shopping! I will definitely be back to see Kylee at City Chic again - I'm now a pringle - thanks Kylee, you rock!

My shopping experience with Nicky was exceptional. I dont think I have ever had such amazing service anywhere. I left with an outfit and a smile! From now on this is my “go to” store.
