I first went to Nick with back pain and once he had fixed me I continue with monthly consultations to maintain good movement. I have been to other chiropractors prior to Nick but found that Nick has the best technique and skills to keep me healthy.
I highly recommend Nick and City Chiropractic.

Marc was very friendly, well-spoken (everyone loves a Canadian accent), explained things thoroughly and made me feel a lot better about taking this step. Looking forward to feeling optimal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Laurie is very professional and passionate about his work. He will educate clients on the practice, terms and results which can be expected.
He is also great for a personalised plan to cater for your needs and your time.
For me the results have truly been felt in my everyday life- HUGE reduction in stress, more energy, improved range of movements and balance. Not to forget splendid sleep.
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally didn't enjoy my experience with city chiropractic and wouldn't recommend based on my customer service experience. I have no doubt that the chiropractors are experienced at adjustments and the adjustments I received were helpful.
However, I felt that the team could have done more in the initial discussion as to what was happening and what the next steps were. In my consultation I was told we were going through to get an x-ray but there was no explanation that this was going to be an extra cost and an adjustment wasn't included in the first visit. I was surprised by the extra cost of x-ray the counter as there was no consultation on this. I had told the team it was my first time at a chiropractor but my experience felt rushed. The only tools I was given to work on myself was to 'exercise' (no specifics) and mind my posture.
Personally, customer service and thorough communication is a big factor in determining my trust and customer satisfaction in any service I engage. I ultimately decided to try somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my treatment at City Chiropractic around 6 months ago and it has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Jack is extremely helpful and is passionate about his work. He is great at his job and is helping me with my posture improvement and spinal issues to a great extent. Moreover, the atmosphere of the clinic is very friendly and everyone is extremely understanding, patient and caring (I'm one of those people who always has more than a hundred things on her mind at a time and is often late!). I highly recommend City Chiropractic to anyone in need of chiropractic care!

Nick is so knowledgeable and passionate and it was enlightening for me to learn from him how important chiropractic care is for health and wellbeing. He is very articulate and explains things clearly. My sessions have always been super quick and easy to fit into a busy day.
The ladies at the front desk are amazing people who are always smiling and positive (which makes a difference trust me) and managed my rescheduling (sorry!!) every single time with no hassles. They are very welcoming and warm and I enjoy coming back every week.
Thank you Nick and the team, every single one of you is doing a fantastic job.
