Barely able to walk and facing the frustrating fact that I would have to take early maternity leave, I entered the Chiropractice with trepidation. What I discovered was a environment of holistic, healing and support. With regular sessions, I was reasonably comfortable during my final trimester and relaxed heading in to delivery. Complications arose and we ended up having a emergency c-section. Just days after surgery Shira corrected me and my recovery was successful and quick. My baby also is under her care and is an excellent sleeper and feeder. I cannot recommend the team at Chiropractice highly enough to other families. I am very thankful for the support they have offered mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todd and Kathryn are such genuine, gentle souls. The ideal holistic wellness team. They are not just “the chiropractor” or “the assistant”, they are guides, mentors, friends.
I went into the practice out of curiosity because my friend needed care. Did not expect to become a “patient” myself because there was nothing particularly “wrong” with me.
The initial consultation changed my mind. With experienced hands detecting hidden tensions (as if by magic!) and high tech equipment charting progress, Todd brings together the art of healing and the science of healthcare: he opened my eyes.
I gave the care plan a go and stuck to the recommended visit frequency although it was quite a big investment for me. A year down the track and I know the experience has been more than “worthwhile”.
My body and mind have both benefited from my time at the Chiropractice.
Whether it was Todd and Kathryn’s warm, mental and moral support, or Todd’s effortless techniques and expert touches, I slowly but surely experienced clarity of mind through the relief of unattended muscle tightness - the stresses held within me slowly melted away with each visit.
I learned to appreciate the essence of true wellness: investment in one’s health is an ongoing commitment, not a one-off “Fix”.
Everything worthwhile takes time and cannot be rushed. Care is not a “cure”, it is a process of learning to Love your body and listening to what it has to say. We are all work-in-progress on our own journeys to becoming our best selves, physically and mentally.
Thank you for spending time on me, with me. Thank you for being there and doing what you do. You are the best and I cannot thank you both enough :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to The Chiropractice a couple of years ago. I had shoulder and back pain. Treatment was rough. As a result I got a frozen shoulder during treatment as a result from Chiropractic treatment. As frozen shoulder is sometimes a trauma response to injury, frozen shoulder did not happen until visiting the chiropractice it was an adverse reaction to treatment. More people should know chiropractors can cause injuries. It took me sometime to say put this into a review. Acupuncture really helped recovery.

He knows his stuff and takes the time to explain what his plan is for your health and well being and how the work he does affects larger areas of your life. I recommend him to everyone who says they need help :)

My entire family has been treated by him for years now and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His work is of the highest standard, backed by extensive knowledge and experience He's fixed back pains, rib pains, wrist ganglion (which we were told it can only be fixed by surgery), anxiety issues, stress, just to name a few.
