โ โ โ โ โ Adrian has been the only physio in PN I have let near me for many many years.
It took me a long time having been to many other physios before I found someone who understood my body and didn't leave me in either more pain, or totally not helped at all.

โ โ โ โ โ I was disappointed with my experience out of a 1/2hr session I received a heat pack on the small of my back for a minute and a back rub that went for two minutes three max and a exercise to do before our next appointment the sec 1/2hr turned into a twenty minute visit and pretty much a repeat of the first session (one minute heat pack and a bit of rub on my back) Needless to say the two sessions did nothing to help my discomfort and I ended up going to a Thai massage place in Terrace and felt better after the first session.
