Hey mate. You have the wrong person. I didn't buy an electric cable. I purchased a sealed bottle of perfume. I got home and it was half empty. I rang you immediately but you said it was your policy to not refund on cosmetic items. Implying that I had opened the seal. I even offered a photo but you were very rude and didn't even want to see proof. Basically robery, hence the poor review.
