★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I get my lashes done my eyes are red after stinging and terrible they look different everytime. So I found someone else and went there to get them done for the first time and was better than all the other times I came here ( no soreness or redness and gave me a free kit after and basically the same price. Don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even want to give them a 1star however I have to so I can do this review. Soooo...won't go back there. I got my eyelashes done as a treat for my son's wedding the same day 30/1/21 Saturday. At the end I was told to hold the fan to my closed eyes for 10mins. When the time was up my eyes kept stinging badly and painfully. The employee involved and others didn't assist me at all. In fact other customers were more helpful. And thank goodness I had whanau with me. The only interest these people had was to be paid and for you to leave!!! Shocking!!! Also my daughter booked us a week prior through email letting them know what she wanted done for her eyes. She told them 3 times cluster NOT individual..you guessed right it was individual...once again it's about money. Gisborne is a very friendly town I grew up here and generations before me...WE DON'T need a business here who is the opposite...my whanau will go to the other one next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long wait, when we were seated they started the nails then started other customers and didn’t come back till 25-30 minutes later. They served customers that came in after us and they left before we even got acrylics put on. I asked if I could get the nail a bit shorter and they rolled their eyes. The price is usually $25 but we paid $48. Overall not a good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a booking for 11am I wasn’t seen to until 11.15. I made the booking the day before in store and I was quoted at $50 for SNS and when I arrived the following morning to get my nails done the nail technician was very rude and impatient. I asked her politely if she can reshape one finger nail and she would cut me off and give attitude like I was asking her to do more that I am paying her for. There was a number of times my technician was rude and I also said to her that I was told $50 for my nails and was charged $60. If you want to have over priced and poor customer/client service then I recommend ‘City Nails’

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give your business not 1 star but I had to, to do a review for your disgraceful business. Not once but twice I made an appointment for my daughters only for them to wait for an hour PAST their appointment time. No customer care just totally ignored them, just as well there are other salons that I would recommend instead of anyone approaching you's for service. DISGUSTING!!
