★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Downstairs cinemas need new seating. Very uncomfortable so much so that it ruins the whole going to the movies experience. Have also had not one but two power cuts during two different movie viewings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice cinema, I don't know why some people complaining. It is an old and only cinema in Gisborne, but still acceptable conditions. Their toilets also clean and looked like brand new. We should supporting this local cinema and not let this only cinema in Gisborne close down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watching the movie was great, seats comfy enough. Good turn around of new movies. Only reason it gets 3 stars is because of the younger staff, the young girl at the counter was on her phone and could barely be bothered serving me and the consession stand was the same. Also need more selection I.e chips, iceblocks, smaller bags of lollies etc
