However I tried 3 times to engage with the staff but they just looked at me and kept on chatting with eachother. So after 15 minutes, I simply gave up and manage to find the same bits online. Got free freight from another shop upp North as i spent over $10K. Never going Bach here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old man in the office was rude and spent more of his time gawking at the woman purchasing timber than wanting to engage. He refused to cut the wood to the size I wanted as there were "too many other people waiting". He was moody and petulant - I recommend that you go somewhere else to get service - not good service, just service.
