★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym! It may be crowded at certain times but being a black card member the 24-hour access lets me come in just before/ahead of peak hours. I also appreciate that (from what I've seen) the owner is process-focused and has no trouble calling out members that aren't abiding by the rules. The only complaint I have is that at times some staff (including the owner) can be a bit standoffish occasionally - maybe I've been approaching them at bad times? Definitely not a dealbreaker though. Would still recommend this location ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My local. I like that the machines are up to date but they still have my fav ab crunch machine which the new ones do not have. I go just for this machine. Newer gyms have a different kind and I can use them but I prefer the slightly older version.
Good atmosphere and good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gets WAY WAY WAY 2 busy during peak hours. cant get a single machine. starts getting busy anytime after 3 & right up till like 9:30. most packed gym ive ever seen

Plus a lot of people stay on the machines or leave there towels or items on the machines instead of thinking about anybody else that would like to use it. I've been many times and I'm always unable to use the machines I want so I never get the results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theres not much of a range of equipment compared to other gyms. It is a bit small too. The facilities are always clean however, and staff are friendly.
