★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Not much space to move around but definitely has plenty of equipment for all fitness requirements. Very affordable rate to attend on casual basis but difficult getting access into the building and staffed hours are very limited, got into the gym once but tried to return on a few Saturdays during staffed hours but wasn't able to get in - March, 2018.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont understand why the prices are kept secret. There are only 3 plans and the prices can be published rather than sent via pm on Facebook. Anyone wishing to join please be aware of the fine print and T&Cs. I signed up recently for the non- contract term but later moved to another suburb. Went to cancel and was told there is a min term of 30 days and 30 days notice period required. So in total I now have to pay for 60 days although I am unable to attend the gym. Why is the notice period additional to the min period, it should start from the day you give notice and not counted from after your min term. Clearly explains why this gym is not clear on the prices as they are defintely hiding stuff. Please think carefully before signing up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great variety of workout equipment and very friendly and motivating gym members! not always the cleanest place. rules are very strict and fines are given commonly for the slightest of things. like omg is xcel fitness struggling to pay rent?lol anyways most of the time the gym isn't that busy which is awesome for someone like me who is very shy when doing her cardio:)
