β β β β β In my humble opinion the best gym around. Staff greeting raises your enthusiasm even before you start. Spacious enough, without being barn like.
Up to date, well maintained equipment.
The Best part, the people, from the dedicated fitness nut, body builders, physically disadvantaged and the general public, it's a great place to achieve your goals or just be healthy in a healthy environment

β β β β β βOpen 24/7β this is untrue. If u were you would allow all ages in not just 16 and over. I am 15 and this is very frustrating for me as I have a busy schedule and when I can find time to go u guys are closed! Itβs a waste of my time and my mums. Please update this, maybe to even getting parent consent for going βafter hoursβ. Itβs not like the trainers there do anything when Iβm there anyways l.
