★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love 9 round and the fantastic trainers!! Usually do the 12-1:30 session with Amy or Alana the 30 min workout goes by so quickly and always leave exhausted- which I love. Fave part is that the workouts are always changing! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to try something new!

I couldn't recommend it high enough to anyone looking at getting into it, from beginner to experienced it is welcoming no matter what level you are!!! Highly recommended!!!

The trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
