★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful when dealing with this guy, I hired him to do a move out clean, for which he demands payment in advance, and with the exception of the windows and the oven, he did an absolutely terrible job. There was pet hair over all of the skirting boards, it looked like he'd used the same dirty cloth to do the whole house and just smeared dirt and hair everywhere. There was still lots of fly dirt around, even though i specifically said that this was one of my landlords pet peeves, and there were even multiple cobwebs in corners where he obviously hadn't bothered to even look up. When i asked him, round to rectify the issues, we got through the lounge, which he didn't re-do properly anyway, then he got in a huff, picked up his stuff and walked off without saying a word to me. I then had to fight with my landlord to get my full deposit back, which took 3 weeks from when i moved out, but the whole point of this 'service' is that i shouldn't have to worry about that. I would recommend everyone to shop around and find an actual cleaning specialist.
