Complete Solutions was recommended to me by Karcher themselves because after speaking with a person in the Karcher showroom, who clearly was struggling with product knowledge, it turns out they didn't even have the parts I was after.
Complete Solutions are only a few minutes down the road, and my experience was night and day different to dealing with Karcher themselves.
If you're after parts, servicing, or new machines, including ones from other manufacturers, then I highly recommend going direct to Nigel at Complete Solutions, and like me you'll save time and money. I'll definitely be back for more add-ons to my water blaster from these guys.
