★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality products... I purchased wax beads... when putting the wax on your skin it doesn't dry completely.. it stays sticky so it's hard to pull off... very messy as well because of its stickiness.
Personally won't burchase from them again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought some soft wax beads that was highly recommended by a Staff member. Used it a few times, it was the worst wax ever. Had to wax the same spot 3 or 4 times as the wax wasnt getting all the hair. Wax residue was completely difficult to remove from my skin even scratching it off with my fingernail, using wipes/wet towel, having a shower wouldnt get it off. My skin became irritated due to the wax residue. Went back, told the Manager, told the Manager about those wax beads & that I wanted to buy a pkt of hard wax. She pointed to a pkt, I again said this is definitely hard beads not soft beads aye? She comfirmed. Took the beads home & found it was exactly the same pkt just a different color. Took the pkt back a few days later for a refund & explained what happened to the lady behind the Counter, she said I cant get a refund I can only get store credit. I mentioned the Consumer act guarantee if the product is faulty or not working like it should a refund is supposed to be given. The lady said you have to pick carefully before you buy. I told her well your Staff member told me to buy this and said its not soft beads. The Manager came out & said the product isnt faulty, ARE YOU A PROFESSIONAL???? DO YOU KNOW YOUR SUPPOSED TO USE OIL TO GET THE WAX OFF?! I looked at her I said well your the one who sold me this even though I explained what those wax beads were like & asked for hard wax beads, you told me to buy this pkt & you said it wasnt soft beads when it actually was!! Your the professional!! Why didnt you tell me I need oil after when I complained about the wax last time!?! The Manager was so rude if it was legal to do so I would have slapped her!! Buyer beware, stay away from this place. Their products are cheap & the Manager is extremely rude
