β β β β β Lovely receptionist team, all the staff were very helpful unfortunately the same cannot be said for the Doctor I saw. First and will def be the last time I ever go see him.
Dr P.D was blunt and egotistic. As a long term Eczema sufferer (20 plus years) I know when it is time to step off the Steroid creams (after 2 weeks of trying) and look for an internal option. Dr P.D refused to acknowledge this and looked at me as I am clueless and do not know what eczema is. what made it even worse was his "medical "advise was to keep using MORE steroid creams up to 5 times a day?!
Guess he is a GP for a reason. Very "general"" indeed.

β β β β β Dr Kenner been my doc for many years the service here is alil slow as I see they care for alot of our elderly so it is expectant but consults n treatments are on point and they are very good with my children.

β β β β β Came into the clinic today. Was advised by reception βno mask no entryβ. Had to go and purchase a mask (even though itβs not compulsory to wear currently) and the next thing you know, selected groups of people were allowed to enter the clinic without a mask.
Whatβs worse is that even the receptionist wasnβt wearing a mask. Whatβs the point of having such rules when their own staff donβt follow.
Absolutely disgusting to see such actions happening in the clinic. Even more disgusted to see it happening and no actions being taken. Rules are meant for everyone and not do as they please!!!
Iβd also like to mention this - as I was leaving the clinic and went to rebook for an appointment, I was thanked for the feedback and an explanation as to why (which made no sense) and also the receptionist commenting βit wasnβt nice for you to comment like thatβ.

β β β β β Lovely front staff and doctors but my only problem is why is it all of a sudden the fees have gone up. Is the government not paying subsidies anymore. I believe itβs very unfair to charged people the full price if itβs phone consultation. Talking to doctors over the phone for less then 5 minutes and you get charged the full $19.00 when itβs you telling the doctor the problem not him. So heβs more or less guessing your diagnosis as heβs not seeing you in person.
Last week I rang a doctor so I can get some prescriptions medicine. No consultation just my normal meds well hello I was charged again. So please itβs the pendemic and not everyone has money to splash. I believe it should be half price until we can see doctors again

β β β β β 30/06/21 called to see Dr Didsbury was told that he is fully booked for the next two days. I asked to speak to the nurse, told her that I was feeling really unwell, having anxiety and panic attacks. I was told that there is nothing she can do but try and book an appointment with another doctor for the following day. I was left calling Manukau mental health crisis team which was an even worse experience. To those of you seeking help with mental health issues may God help you.

β β β β β Just so many times something has gone wrong. My family and I have been here for some time when we first join it was good and over time experience has just gone bad just booking can be hard calling in just takes forever and when you get through its fully booked my wife and I are fine we can wait a couple of days but for my two kids it's hard.

I've been feeling sick with Covid like symptoms & a temperature so phoned Thursday 26-May-22 at 11:30am for an appointment with doctor. Told none available & they'd Phone Me Next Day with a time.
Around 8:50am Friday 27-May-22 they hadn't phoned so I phoned them.
Was told I had a 2:30pm appointment with a doctor I had the misfortune to initially be booked with about 12-15 years ago when I transferred there.
I changed which doctor I wished to see shortly afterwards, but am Still Regularly Booked with the Original Doctor even though I've Repeatedly told them to please Change this On My File.
Receptionist even tried telling me how many times I'd seen my New Doctor.
In addition No Other Doctor was available & my doctor was on leave till Tuesday when I might possibly get a phone appointment.
I'm in an At Risk Covid Category & Wasn't even Asked to Come In for a Test!?!
There was No Semblance of Interest in my Wellbeing. I even told them by Tuesday I could be dead which made absolutely no difference, They Just Didn't Care.
THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM MY GP!
AND I WILL NOT GO BACK TO CLENDON MEDICAL CENTRE!!!
If I could give them a Negative Star Rating I Would! This a Disgusting way to be Treated Especially by Medical Professionals.
Clendon Medical Centre houses 6 doctors and has the Manage My Health facility whereby you can book appointments online and once signed up are able to access your medical records. Situated next to Clendon Pharmacy so you can easily having your prescriptions filled.

β β β β β Doctors and the staff at Clendon Medical Center are always welcoming.which ever GP i see listens clearly and hears my story. They take time to clearly explain what they are talking about in away you can understand.
